Make Your Name Great, Inc., (“MYNG”) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to successfully preparing minority high school students for the educational, social and financial responsibilities of higher education. MYNG motivates, educates and supports students through counseling, workshops, seminars, after school and summer programs, college tours, etc. MYNG is dedicated to motivating and empowering students for the challenges they will face while preparing and transitioning into higher education to aide in successful completion. MYNG has established chapters in both Atlanta, GA and Philadelphia, PA. In late Spring 2021, MYNG will launch a chapter in Oakland, California.

MYNG is dedicated to successfully preparing minority high school students globally for the educational, social and financial responsibilities of higher education through our programming. Our family of services is designed to empower, enrich and motivate students for the transition from high school to higher education. MYNG is committed to educating students on every aspect of collegiate life.
MYNG’s value of preparation is at the heart of everything we teach our participants. We are designed to effectively prepare students for the daily challenges of collegiate life. We recognize that life skills are a key component of every aspect of collegiate life. MYNG is not just an organization but a family committed to teaching their children.
Our mission is to aide our students for successful matriculation in higher education. We expect our students to begin college with core values and experiences that will help shape their collegiate experience and completion. We strive to begin a process of raising leaders not just in the community, but throughout the world. Make Your Name Great is a term that our students will view as a reality and not as a possibility.
